At Parker Estates, we have 600 + sq. ft. of storage space in each residence for outdoor equipment etc and are located across the street from the Bentonville Municipal Airport, the bike trails, the seventy acre Osage Park development, and Lake Bentonville, uniquely positioned to accommodate outdoor activities.

Arts. Has become an integral part of the Northwest Arkansas community. From Fayetteville’s creative artistic flair drawn by the brush of talented artists or displayed live at the Walton Arts Center to Bentonville’s world-renowned art at Crystal Bridges and historical importance of the Museum of Native American History, the regions art scene is significant and thriving. All residences at Parker Estates capture some of the artisan creativity of the area. Each one of our houses is crafted with unique detail from porcelain floors imported from Italy to the ensemble of Estate size brick that decorates the exteriors. Our Greathouse, which is scheduled for construction in 2020, will feature works of art from local artists.

The University of Arkansas also calls Northwest Arkansas home. The strength of the region’s economy has been well for many years with a positive outlook for the near future.
